Today is the 100th Birthday for the man who won 60% of the vote in November 1972 and left office just 21 months later under a huge cloud. It was an amazing era to live through. Good and Bad. Every moon landing took place during his term. The opening to China. Vietnam War. Detente. Watergate, of course. Roe v. Wade.
